Seven steps, every piece.
Melting
Nine furnaces run around the clock on soda-lime glass, with colour batches made in-house.
Mouth-blowing & pressing
Gathers are blown into moulds or free-formed by hand; pressed and spun pieces run alongside for volume lines.
Shaping & annealing
Hot pieces are shaped, cracked off and passed through the lehr for stress-free, dishwasher-safe glass.
Cutting, grinding & polishing
Rims are cut, ground and fire-polished; faceted and etched designs are hand-finished.
Decoration
Spray colour, frosting, lustre, screen printing, gold work, decal and electroplating — all under one roof.
Quality control
AQL-based inspection at forming, finishing and packing; thermal-shock and capacity tests for candle vessels.
Packing & dispatch
Retail-ready packaging, barcoding and palletisation; FOB Mundra/Nhava Sheva or CIF as required.
